Happy Lunar New Year!
If 2026 has had a slightly bumpy start (it happens!), consider the Lunar New Year your reset moment. A deliberate pause. A chance to choose again.
We’re moving from the Wood Snake into the Fire Horse and, I have to admit, that bold, energetic Fire Horse spirit feels right up my alley! Woohoo! How about you?
The turn of a year often brings with it a quiet (or not so quiet) urge for change. Not necessarily dramatic reinvention — but a sharper focus. A more intentional use of our time, energy and talent.
So I wrote a wee poem to prompt a reflection - click below to watch:

How could you be braver — and do something thrilling, important, even daunting?
And what might you need to shed in order to move forward?
Remember — because it’s easy to forget — we do get to choose where we place our energy.
